EveryRupee (WhatsApp)

To delete the data associated with your EveryRupee account:

• Send "DELETE MY DATA" to our EveryRupee WhatsApp number, +94 70 460 9187, and we will confirm once your expense history and phone number have been removed from our systems.
• Alternatively, message us directly on WhatsApp and ask us to delete your data — we'll action it manually.

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. Some minimal records may be retained where required by law (for example, financial or regulatory record-keeping obligations), but these will no longer be used to provide you the service.

Delivery Exception Predictor (Waitlist)

If you joined the waitlist for Delivery Exception Predictor, we only hold the email address you submitted. To have it removed, message us on WhatsApp with the email address you used, and we'll remove it from our waitlist.

What Happens After Deletion

• Your expense history, categorisation data, and phone number are permanently removed from our active systems.
• You can start fresh at any time by simply messaging the bot again.
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — we recommend saving any summaries you want to keep before requesting deletion.
