1. Who We Are

Oriax Technologies ("Oriax", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in Sri Lanka. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information across all products we operate from this site, currently:

• EveryRupee — a WhatsApp-based expense tracker (live).
• Delivery Exception Predictor — a predictive tool for logistics teams (in development; not yet publicly available).

Where a specific product collects information differently from the general rules below, that is noted in its own section.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on which product you use, we may collect:

• Your WhatsApp phone number, used to identify your account when you message our bot.
• Messages you send us, such as expense entries ("Lunch 450") or free-text descriptions.
• Usage data, such as which commands you use and when, to keep the service reliable.
• An email address, if you voluntarily submit one to join a waitlist (for example, for Delivery Exception Predictor).
• For future business customers of Delivery Exception Predictor: delivery/shipment data you choose to share with us, under a separate agreement — this will be covered in more detail once that product launches.

We do not ask for or knowingly collect sensitive information such as national ID numbers, passwords, or full card details through any of our products.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the core service — for example, categorising your expenses and sending you summaries.
• To respond to you when you contact us directly.
• To notify waitlist subscribers when a product becomes available.
• To improve reliability and fix problems with the service.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services We Rely On

EveryRupee operates through the WhatsApp Business Platform, which is provided by Meta. Messages you send are transmitted through Meta's infrastructure under their own terms, in addition to this policy. We also use standard hosting and infrastructure providers to run our services; these providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you ask us to delete your data (see our Data Deletion page), we will remove it within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep certain records by law.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data (see the Data Deletion page for how).

7. Children's Privacy

Our products are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our products evolve, particularly as Delivery Exception Predictor moves from development to launch. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
