1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any product operated by Oriax Technologies ("Oriax", "we", "us"), including EveryRupee and Delivery Exception Predictor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our products.

2. Our Products

• EveryRupee — a WhatsApp-based expense tracking service, currently live.
• Delivery Exception Predictor — a predictive tool for logistics teams, currently in development. It is not yet publicly available, and separate commercial terms will apply once it launches for business customers.

3. Using EveryRupee

• EveryRupee is provided for personal, informational use to help you track your own spending.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you report to the service — we categorise and summarise what you tell us, but we don't independently verify it.
• EveryRupee is not a bank, a licensed financial advisor, or a regulated financial institution, and nothing it sends you should be treated as financial advice.
• The service runs on WhatsApp's platform and is subject to WhatsApp's own terms as well as ours.

4. Service Availability

We aim to keep our products running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and a product still in development (like Delivery Exception Predictor) may change significantly before launch.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our products for anything unlawful.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse our services or infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person when using our products.

We may suspend access for accounts that misuse the service.

6. No Warranty

Our products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep things accurate and working, but we don't guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oriax Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including any financial decisions made based on EveryRupee's summaries or reports.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our products evolve. Continued use of a product after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
