Terms of Service

By initiating a conversation with the EveryRupee WhatsApp account operated by Oriax Technologies (accessible at https://oriax.online), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the EveryRupee service. Continued use of the service after any modifications to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

EveryRupee is a WhatsApp-based personal expense tracking application developed and operated by Oriax Technologies. The service allows users to record their daily expenses by sending simple text messages through WhatsApp.

For example, a user may send a message such as "Food 300" or "Transport 450" to log an expense. EveryRupee will process this message, categorise the entry, and store the data associated with your WhatsApp number.

The service also provides:

• Automatic categorisation of expense entries
• Weekly and monthly spending summaries delivered via WhatsApp
• Spending alerts and budget notifications (where enabled)
• Historical expense reporting on request

EveryRupee is delivered entirely through the WhatsApp Business API platform. No separate mobile application download is required.

By using EveryRupee, you agree to use the service only for lawful personal expense tracking purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using EveryRupee for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service or its underlying systems
• Sending spam, abusive, threatening, or harmful messages to the EveryRupee system
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your identity
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
• Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the service
• Using the service to store or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful

Oriax Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be in violation of these rules without prior notice.

When you use EveryRupee, the following data is collected and stored securely in our database:

• Your WhatsApp phone number (used as your unique account identifier)
• Expense entries submitted by you (amount, description, category)
• Timestamps of each transaction

All data is stored on secured servers with industry-standard encryption. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. For full details on how your data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

You may request deletion of all your data at any time. Please refer to our Data Deletion Instructions page for the process.

Oriax Technologies does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.

We are not responsible for:

• Any financial loss or decisions made based on data recorded through EveryRupee
• Incorrect or inaccurate expense entries resulting from user input errors
• Temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance or technical issues
• Any loss of data caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Actions or policies of Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp) that affect service delivery

You acknowledge that expense tracking accuracy is entirely dependent on the accuracy of the information you provide. Oriax Technologies bears no liability for any financial decisions you make based on data logged through EveryRupee.

You may stop using EveryRupee at any time, without obligation or penalty. To opt out of all communications from EveryRupee, simply send the message "STOP" to our WhatsApp number.

To permanently delete all your stored data, follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page. Your data will be fully erased within 7 business days of a confirmed deletion request.

Oriax Technologies also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to EveryRupee at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

Oriax Technologies reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

For significant changes, we will notify active users via WhatsApp. Continued use of EveryRupee after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from the use of EveryRupee shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
